ASKS Professional Development

 

On April 26 and 27, 2010 we will host the first GEMS AfterSchool KidzScience professional development workshop. The session will focus on how to effectively present the ASKS units, including suggestions on materials preparation, use of question cards, effective management of participants, questioning strategies, and more.

Participants will spend time with several different ASKS units, and will learn how to prepare for sessions and to rely on the session cards to easily guide them through activities.
