In the Animal Discovery Room, TEAMS interns work alongside University students providing care to over 50 species of animals including bearded dragons, salamanders, chinchillas, a legless lizard, rats, snakes, and doves. They write biographies on their favorite animals, co-teach animal behavior classes and facilitate public programs. Interns have been working in the Animal Discovery Room for many years, which makes them an integral part of the success of the lab.
